Informácia k akceptácii DNA profilu robeného iným
laboratóriom:
Pre
medzinárodnú kooperáciu, výmenu informácií a genetických
profilov medzi laboratóriami bol medzinárodným
konzorciom ISAG (International Society of Animal
Genetics) vytvorený panel vysoko variabilných
genetických markerov. Overenie pôvodu a identity psov sa
uskutočňuje vyšetrením variability v nasledovných 19
DNA markeroch AHTk211, CXX279, REN169018, INU055,
REN54P11, INRA21, AHT137, REN169D01, AHTh260, AHTk253,
INU005, INU030, FH2848, AHT121, FH2054, REN162C04,
AHThl71, REN247M23 a amelogenin. V prípade, že je
zviera vyšetrené na DNA profil inými ako horeuvedenými
markermi, nie je možné jeho profil porovnať s rodičmi v
laboratóriach, ktoré sú členmi ISAG.

has chosen highly informative microsatellites
AHTk211, CXX279,REN169018, INU055, REN54P11, INRA21,
AHT137, REN169D01, AHTh260, AHTk253,INU005, INU030,
FH2848, AHT121, FH2054, REN162C04, AHThl71, REN247M23
and amelogenin to enable unambiguous identification
of individual animals. In case, the animal is analyzed
for the DNA profile by the other markers (ISAG markers
are not used), this DNA profile is unsuccessfull for
routine parentage verification in ISAG laboratories. |
